to be members of the Kopuru Town Domain Board, North Auckland Land District, in place of Trevor Dudley Francis, Bruce James Palmer, and Melville Roy Switzer, all left the district.

Reservation of Land and Appointment of Pelorus and Kenepuru Sounds Reserves Board to Control and Manage

PURSUANT to the Land Subdivision in Counties Act 1946, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is set aside as a reserve for scenic purposes and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, appoints the Pelorus and Kenepuru Sounds Reserves Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for scenic purposes until the 12th day of October 1968.

Appointment of the Otago Catchment Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the

Otago Catchment Board

Revocation of Appointment of the Hundalee Reserves Board to Control Part of the Goose Bay-Omihi Scenic Reserve and Revocation of Reservation Over the Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Hundalee Reserves Board as published in the Gazette, 6 August 1959, page 1077, as far as it relates to that part of the Goose Bay-Omihi Scenic Reserve described in the Schedule hereto and, further, revokes the reservation for scenic purposes over the said land.
