Land in the North Auckland Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land
NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas situated in Block V, Purua Survey District, Whangarei County, containing approximately 192 acres 2 roods 24 perches and described as follows: Allotment 144 (formerly Allotments N.E. 55 and S.E. 54), Hikurangi Parish: Area, 65 acres 2 roods 24 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 1D, folio 325. Allotment 145 (formerly part Allotment N.W. 59), and Allotment 146 (formerly Allotments S.W. 56, M. 56, and E. 56), Hikurangi Parish: Area, 127 acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 1D, folio 326 Ltd. As shown on plan No. 9/44 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 44339).

PART Section 84, Square 23, Block X, Wakapuaka Survey District, Waimea County: Area, 11 acres 1 rood 15 perches, more or less. Comprised in memorandum of transfer No. 91961. As shown on plan No. 103/48 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas, containing approximately 3,356 acres 1 rood 17 perches, situated in Waikouaiti Survey District, Waikouaiti County, described as follows: Sections 5, 7, and 8, Block VIII: Area, 169 acres and 3 roods, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 226, folio 158 (S.O. Plan 1863). Sections 2, 3, and 4, Block IX, and Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and part Section 7, Block XI: Area, 3,186 acres 2 roods 17 perches, more or less. Balance certificate of title, Volume 363, folio 156 (S.O. Plans 1866, 1869, and 13027). As shown on plan No. 197/1 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Tariff and Development Board Notice No. 20—Change in Date and Venue of Public Inquiry Into Import Duties on Certain Aluminium Wire and Stranded Cable

Notice is hereby given that the public inquiry by the Tariff and Development Board into import duties on certain aluminium wire and stranded cable, which was to have commenced on Tuesday, 19 May 1964, at 10 a.m., in the Boardroom, First Floor, New Zealand Law Society Building, Waring Taylor Street, Wellington, will now commence on Wednesday, 3 June 1964, at 10 a.m., in Room 102, First Floor, Departmental Building, Stout Street, Wellington.

Twelve copies of a typewritten statement of the evidence to be tendered at the public inquiry should be lodged with the undernamed not later than Wednesday, 20 May 1964.
