A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Cecily Myra Webb, of Christchurch, widow.

SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 12 perches situated in Block I, Halswell Survey District, Canterbury R.D., adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 19741, and Lot 1, D.P. 22330, being part Rural Section 3835; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18265 (S.O. 10228) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
