A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Southland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
1 2 17 Part Lot 1, D.P. 191, being part Section 36, Block XVII, Hokonui Survey District; coloured orange on plan.
0 1 17 Part Section 18, Block III, Wendonside Survey District; coloured blue on plan.
0 1 33 Part of bed of Mataura River, Block XVII, Hokonui Survey District, and Block III, Wendonside Survey District; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18276 (S.O. 6939) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of March 1964.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Edward Wilfred Rue Russell, of Waihue, a farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 308344 and 308345, North Auckland Land Registry.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 17·5 perches situated in Block VIII, Kaihu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Section 12s, Waimata Settlement; coloured yellow on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 11·2 perches, situated in Block VIII, Kaihu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through Section 12s, Waimata Settlement, coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18257 (S.O. 41593) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Edward Alfred Chilton, of Mataura Island, farmer, and Florence Margaret Chilton, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 168145, Southland Land Registry; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Allan Carnie, Russell Carnie, and Wilson Peter Carnie, all of Mataura Island, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 160284 and 160285, Southland Land Registry; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Matthew James Lamb, of Mataura Island, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 168105 and 168106, Southland Land Registry.
