A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 9th day of December 1960, to be road.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, dated the 19th day of November 1957, published in Gazette, 28 November 1957, Vol. III, page 2216, and registered as No. 5926, Wellington Land Registry, declaring land in a roadway laid out in Block XIV, Te Kawau Survey District, and Block II, Mount Robinson Survey District, Manawatu County, to be road, in so far as it affects the land first described in the Schedule thereto; and hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 13th day of June 1956 to be road.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 3 roods 13·9 perches situated in Block XIV, Te Kawau Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Himatangi 2A No. 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18283 (S.O. 23493) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
