IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Bay of Plenty Airways Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Bay of Plenty Airways Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 17th day of April 1964 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Rangitikei Cooperative Dairy Co. Ltd., notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, held on the 11th day of March 1964, the following special resolutions were passed by the company, namely:
“(a) That this meeting of members of the Rangitikei Cooperative Dairy Co. Ltd. approves and confirms the amalgamation agreement with Manawatu Cooperative Dairy Co. Ltd., bearing date the 14th day of February 1964 as amended by a supplementary agreement dated the 9th day of March 1964, of which amalgamation agreement and supplementary agreement copies are annexed to this resolution.
“(b) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(c) That Mr George Edmund Guthrie, of Bulls, company secretary, the secretary of the company, be appointed liquidator of the company.
“(d) That the liquidator be authorised, pursuant to the provisions of section 278 of the Companies Act 1955, in consideration of the vesting of the assets and liabilities of this company in Manawatu Cooperative Dairy Co. Ltd., to receive shares in the capital of Manawatu Cooperative Dairy Co. Ltd., as provided in the above-mentioned agreement in writing for the amalgamation of this company with the said Manawatu Cooperative Dairy Co. Ltd., dated the 14th day of February 1964 as amended by a supplementary agreement dated the 9th day of March 1964 between Rangitikei Cooperative Dairy Co. Ltd. and the said Manawatu Cooperative Dairy Co. Ltd. and George Edmund Guthrie as intended liquidator of this company.”
