Licensing Barrie Llewellyn Jones, of Wanganui, to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Wanganui River at Papaiti as a Site for a Water-intake Pipeline

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licences and permits Barrie Llewellyn Jones, of Wanganui (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Wanganui River at Papaiti, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11740 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a water-intake pipeline as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of March 1964.
3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be (£2) and the annual sum so payable one pound ten shillings (£1 10s.).

PURSUANT to section 14A of the Rabbits Act 1955, the Te Awamutu Rabbit Board hereby declares the Te Awamutu Rabbit District, which was constituted on the 9th day of August 1961,* to be divided into wards having the names and boundaries specified in the Schedule hereto.

BOUNDARIES OF NUMBER ONE WARD
