A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in New River Hundred, Southland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 1·9 Part Section 26, Block XIII; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 1·6} Parts Lot 1, D.P. 5488, being part closed road and
0 0 3·8} part Section 37, Block XIV; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18279 (S.O. 7184) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 7 perches situated in Block XVI, Opaheke Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Crown land; coloured blue on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 2 acres and 11 perches situated in Block XVI, Opaheke Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through Allotment 215, Koheroa Parish, and Crown land; coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117597 (S.O. 31967) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of July 1962, published in Gazette, 26 July 1962, Volume II, at page 1179, and registered as No. 534646, Wellington Land Registry, taking land for better utilisation in the City of Wellington, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 27·87 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 43, D.P. 2037, being part Section 14, Porirua District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4659 (S.O. 24774) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Waipu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
