BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Ferguson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
hereby allocate the land first described in the Second Schedule
hereto and hereby take the land secondly described in the
said Second Schedule, for the purposes of subsection (6) of
the said section 29.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 3 roods 24 perches
situated in Block IV, Wairio Survey District, Southland R.D.,
being Lot 3, D.P. 5419, being also part Section 212, Part
certificate of title, Volume A 1, folio 1371, Southland Land
Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 1·9 perches situated
in Block IV, Wairio Survey District, Southland R.D., being
part Section 212; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 18278 (S.O. 7127) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured orange.

perches situated in Block XI, Oteramika Hundred, South-
land R.D., being part Lot 24, D.P. 154, and being part Section
6 and closed road; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 18222 (S.O. 7152) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.
