(Auckland Registry)
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of United Empire Box Co. Ltd., duly incorporated in New Zealand with registered office at Wellington, notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 26th day of February 1964, confirming reduction of capital of the above-named company by reducing the share premium account of the company from £966,511 to £757,020 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 16th day of March 1964. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“That the share premium account of the company, reduced by order of this Honourable Court made the 4th day of April 1963, be reduced to £757,020 and that such reduction be effected by writing off the sum of £209,491 being part of the amount shown in the balance sheet of the company as at the 31st day of March 1963 as ‘Adjustment of Investment in Subsidiary Companies’.”

Pensioners Flats Land Purchase Supplementary Loan 1964, £300
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Manurewa Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £300 authorised to be raised by Manurewa Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act and for the purpose of purchasing land on which to erect pensioners flats, the said Manurewa Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nought one three pence (·0013d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Manurewa, comprising the whole of the Borough of Manurewa; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of this loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

Pensioner Flats Loan 1962, £8,400
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Morrinsville Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £8,400 authorised to be raised by the Morrinsville Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of erecting accommodation for aged persons, the said Morrinsville Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of nought decimal one nought seven pence (0·107d.) in the pound on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Morrinsville; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on 30 July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Morrinsville Borough Council held on the 10th day of March 1964.

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Morrinsville Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £2,950 authorised to be raised by the Morrinsville Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of meeting the additional cost of erecting accommodation for old people, the said Morrinsville Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of nought decimal nought four two pence (0·042d.) in the pound on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Morrinsville; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on 30 July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Morrinsville Borough Council held on the 10th day of March 1964.

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Taradale Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £15,500 authorised to be raised by the Taradale Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the erection of Pensioners’ flats, the Taradale Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal one six two pence (0·162d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Taradale; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half-yearly on the 25th day of March and the 25th day of September in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
