Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or
Enjoyment of a Road in Blocks IX and XIII, Karioi
Survey District, Raglan County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and
that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a
road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 16th day of March 1964.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land described as follows:
A. R. P.
Being
1 1 10·5 Part Manuaitu B 11d Block; coloured blue on
plan.
Situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Karioi Survey District.

Being
0 2 32·5 Part Allotment 112, Whaingaroa Parish; coloured
yellow on plan.
Situated in Block IX, Karioi Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18209 (S.O. 41962) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 1·3 perches
situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Karioi Survey District, being
part Manuaitu B 11d Block; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18209 (S.O. 41962)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 22nd day of February 1964.

Borough of Kaiapoi

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and
that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for housing purposes, and that the said pieces
of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
of the Borough of Kaiapoi as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 16th day of March 1964.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Kaiapoi,
Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

Borough of Kaiapoi, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural
Section 321; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked M.O.W. 18229 (S.O. 10133) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured sepia.
