Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing lands, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.
