PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of Tihoi Road, situated in Block XIV, Whakamaru Survey District, and Blocks II and III, Marotiri Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at its junction with the Arataki Road and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 5 miles 50 chains and terminating at the south-eastern corner of Section 14, Block III, Marotiri Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 8672 (S.O. 39860), M.O.W. 8673 (S.O. 40748), M.O.W. 8674 (S.O. 40826), and M.O.W. 8675 (S.O. 40824), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

PURSUANT to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
(1) This order may be cited as the Tokoroa Rural Fire District Order 1948, Amendment No. 6, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Tokoroa Rural Fire District Order 1948* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
(2) The principal order may hereafter be cited as the Tokoroa Rural Fire District Order 1948.
(3) The principal order is hereby amended by revoking the First and Second Schedules and substituting the First and Second Schedules set out in the Schedule to this order.

"ALL those areas in the South Auckland Land District, Matamata, Rotorua, Otorohanga, and Taupo Counties containing approximately 369,000 acres and described generally as follows:
"All that area containing approximately 354,000 acres situated in Patetere North, Patetere North East, Patetere South, Wharepapa, Horohoro West, Horohoro, Ngautuku, Ranginui, Whakamaru, Atiamuri, Ngongotaha, Marotiri, Tuhingamata West, Tatau, and Takapau Survey Districts, bounded by a line commencing at a point being the easternmost corner of part Kokako Block in Block XVI, Patetere North Survey District; thence generally southerly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section 45, Block IV, Patetere South Survey District, and along the eastern boundary of the said Section 45, and the production of that boundary to the middle of the Korakonui Stream; thence generally easterly along a right line to a point in the middle of the Mokaihaha Stream in line with the eastern boundary of Te Whetu No. 3b 2, and along the middle of the said Mokaihaha Stream to the north-western boundary of Patetere South No. 2; thence south-westerly along that boundary to the northernmost corner of Patetere South No. 3b; thence generally south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of the said Patetere South No. 3b, and along a right line to the north-western corner of Section 6, Block IX, Horohoro Survey District; thence generally easterly and south-easterly along the generally northern and north-eastern boundaries of the said Section 6, southerly along a right line across Pokaiwhenua Road, to and along the eastern boundaries of Section 7, Block IX, aforesaid; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Patetere South No. 1b 3 to the westernmost corner of Section 10, Block X, Horohoro Survey District; thence generally north-easterly, south-easterly, and southerly along the generally north-western, north-eastern, and eastern boundaries of the said Section 10, again south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Patetere South No. 1b 3, aforesaid, to the easternmost corner of the block; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Patetere South No. 1b 3 to the northernmost corner of Rotomahana Parekarangi No. 1A (State forest, Gazette, 1941, page 2713); thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of the said Rotomahana Parekarangi No. 1A to and north-easterly along the north-western boundary of Rotomahana Parekarangi No. 1c 10 to Trig.
