FIRST SCHEDULE

The Palmerston North City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Palmerston North, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the south-eastern side of a portion of Main Street fronting a subdivision of Section 651 and part Section 652, Town of Palmerston North, comprised in certificates of title 9/65 and 430/286.

SECOND SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

The south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the City of Palmerston North, known as Main Street, fronting Section 651, Town of Palmerston North; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18203 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the 18th day of November 1963 and set out in the First Schedule hereto in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto within a distance of 25 ft from the centre line of the said portion of street.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

THAT the Dunedin City Council being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, shall not apply to the south-western side of the portion of Brownville Crescent adjoining Lot 1, Block II, Deposited Plan 67, being part Section 8, Block II, and part Section 14, Block I, Upper Kaikorai District, being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 20, folio 294, Otago Land Registry Office.

SECOND SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

The south-western side of all that portion of street situated in the City of Dunedin, known as Brownville Crescent fronting Lot 1, Block II, and part of Lot 9, Block I, D.P. 67, Town of Dunedin; being also part Section 14, Block I, and part Section 8, Block II, Upper Kaikorai Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18165 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring a Service Lane to be Under the Control and Management of the Manukau County Council

Declaring Road in Block X, Mahurangi Survey District, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby (a) declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and (b) stops the said road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 2 roods 18 perches situated in Block X, Mahurangi Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through Allotments 222, 223, 224, and part Allotments 73 and 220, Mahurangi Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18211 (S.O. 44323) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of Plateau Road situated in Block III, Takapau Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at a point approximately 5 chains from the northernmost corner of Section 24 of the aforesaid Block III, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 44 chains and terminating at its intersection with the Rotorua-Taupo County boundary near the easternmost corner of Section 33 of the aforesaid Block III.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18177 (S.O. 41990) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked G-X.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of Rawhiti Road situated in Block XV, Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at its intersection with Sangro Road at the westernmost corner of Section 6 of the aforesaid Block XV, and proceeding thence in a generally easterly direction for a distance of approximately 1 mile 50 chains and terminating at a point approximately 6 chains east of the south-western corner of Section 8 of the aforesaid Block XV.
