TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Change of District Scheme—Section One (Zoning)

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to resolutions of the Council dated 18 December 1963 and 5 February 1964, it has been recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of matters listed in the Schedule hereunder. The changes of the district scheme as now recommended by the Council are deposited in the Council offices, 194 Manchester Street, and the Public Library, and may be inspected without fee during usual office hours. Objections to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made in written notice on form E, prescribed in the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked “Objection to Scheme Change”, and lodged at the offices of the Council at any time not later than noon on Thursday, 16 April 1964. An appropriate form for use by objectors is available at the Council offices and libraries. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Council in writing, within a period of which public notice will be given.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Inviting Proposals for Temuka District Scheme

IN the matter of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, public notice is hereby given that the Temuka Borough Council, at its meeting held on the 13th day of February 1964, has resolved to prepare for the Temuka Borough a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. Every person concerned and every local authority in the district, as defined by section 2 of the Act, is hereby invited to submit full information as to the proposals (including public works) which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the scheme. Proposals, marked “Temuka District Scheme”, should be addressed to the Town Clerk and delivered at the Town Clerk’s office on or before the 30th day of June 1964.

IN the matter of the Administration Act 1952 and in the matter of the estate of Lionel Godfrey McConchie, late of Christchurch, drainlayer (deceased).

I hereby give notice that by an order of the Supreme Court, Christchurch, dated 7 February 1964, I was appointed administrator of the estate of the above-named Lionel Godfrey McConchie, and I hereby call a meeting of creditors to be held at my office, Provincial Council Chambers, Armagh Street, Christchurch, on Monday, the 2nd day of March 1964, at 2:15 p.m.

All claims against the above estate must be lodged with me on or before 7 April 1964.

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)

(3) Separate regulations as issued.
