NOTICE is hereby given of the following resolution which was passed at a meeting of creditors of Canadian Textiles Ltd., held on Monday, 17 February 1964, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955.

Notice Calling Meeting of Creditors

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Phillips and Faull Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 290 of the Companies Act that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at Excelsior Hall, Devon Street East, New Plymouth, on Friday, the 6th day of March 1964, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the acts and dealings of the liquidator, and to receive any explanation thereof. In pursuance of section 106 of the Companies (Winding Up) Rules 1956, the liquidator will seek to ascertain the wishes of creditors in any matter relating to the winding up and in particular in regard to the institution of Court proceedings or such other action as the creditors may desire concerning the moneys retained by the Crown under Ministry of Works Contract No. 33/203. Every creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a creditor. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the registered office of the company, situated at 16A Devon Street East, New Plymouth, not later than 48 hours before the time for holding the meeting.
