PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
(a) Declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

ON and from the 1st day of April 1964 the boundaries of the Inner Area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District are hereby altered so as to include in the Inner Area the Borough of Papakura.

PURSUANT to the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
ON and from the 1st day of April 1964 the boundaries of the Inner Area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District are hereby altered so as to include in the Inner Area the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
FIRSTLY, all that area in the North Auckland Land District, Blocks XIV and XV, Otahuhu Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the north-eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway with the eastern side of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway and proceeding south-easterly along the said side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway to the southernmost corner of Lot 60, D.P. 9634; thence north-easterly generally along the south-eastern boundary of that lot, along a right line across Oakleigh Avenue to and along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 17987, the north-eastern boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 17987, the north-western boundaries of Lots 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, and 40, D.P. 17987, along a right line across Reding Street, to and along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 53, D.P. 9634, along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 49, D.P. 9634, and a right line across Takanini School Road to a point on its north-eastern side 250 links distant from the north-western side of Manuroa Road, and along another right line parallel with the said roadside and that right line produced across Valley Road to and north-westerly along the north-eastern side of Valley Road to and along the north-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 49661, to the northernmost corner of that lot; thence south-easterly generally along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 49661, and Lot 3, D.P. 45283, along a right line across Berwyn Avenue to and along the south-western boundary of Lot 69, D.P. 19820, along the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 69, along the south-western boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 10914, and that boundary produced across the Clevedon-Takanini Road to a point in part Lot 1, D.P. 9438, 250 links distant from the south-eastern side of the said road; thence south-westerly generally along a right line parallel with the said roadside and crossing Valley Road to and along the north-eastern side of Takanini School Road, the south-eastern end of the said road and the north-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 10734, to the north-eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence south-easterly generally along that side and the north-western side of Walters Road, crossing Valley Road, to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Allotment 95, Papakura Parish; thence south-easterly along a right line across Walters Road to and along that boundary and the south-western boundary of those portions of Allotment 41 of the said Parish taken for defence purposes (Gazette, 1940, page 1853) to the southernmost corner of the last-named part Allotment 41; thence generally south-westerly along the boundary of the Borough of Papakura as described in Gazette, 1938, page 470, to and north-westerly generally along the line of mean high water, ordinary spring tides, of the Manukau Harbour, along the south-western sides of Inlet Road and the Great South Road, again along the line of mean high water, ordinary spring tides, as aforesaid, along the north-eastern side of the land to be taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway as defined on Survey Office Plan 43689, along the generally south-eastern side of the said motorway, and along the south-western side of the Great South Road to the right bank of the Papakura Stream; thence north-easterly along the boundary of the Borough of Manurewa as described in Gazette, 1960, page 1826, and in Gazette, 1961, page 913, and south-easterly along the north-eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway to the point of commencement.
Secondly, all that area in the North Auckland Land District, Block VIII, Titirangi Survey District, and Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the north-western boundary of part Lot 1, Deeds Plan 172, with the line of mean high water, ordinary spring tides, of the Manukau Harbour and proceeding south-westerly along the said north-western boundary and that boundary produced across Ambury Road and across part Allotment 86, Manurewa Parish, to the line of mean high water, ordinary spring tides, as aforesaid; thence generally westerly, northerly, and easterly along the said line of mean high water to the point of commencement.
Thirdly, all that area in the North Auckland Land District, Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-western side of the Great South Road with the north-western boundary of part Lot 12, D.P. 11713, and proceeding south-easterly along the south-western sides of the said road and Inlet Road to and westerly, northerly, and easterly along the line of mean high water, ordinary spring tides, of the Manukau Harbour to the point of commencement.
Fourthly, all that area in the North Auckland Land District, Blocks X and XIII, Otahuhu Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of that part of Clendon’s Grant being the land taken for the education of the blind (Gazette, 1958, page 5), and proceeding north-easterly along the north-western boundary of the said land to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 50, D.P. 4436; thence south-easterly along the boundary of the Borough of Manurewa as described in Gazette, 1960, page 1826, to and south-westerly along the north-western side of Browns Road to the southernmost corner of Lot 16, Deeds Plan 699; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of the land taken for the education of the blind as aforesaid to the point of commencement.
Fifthly, all that area in the North Auckland Land District, Blocks X and XI, Otahuhu Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-western side of the Great South Road with the south-eastern side of Puhinui Road and proceeding south-easterly along the
