A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and also proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land containing 9 acres 1 rood 35 perches situated in Block II, Tarras Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Hamilton Burn Farm Ltd., a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955 and having its registered office at Gore, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 155992, Southland Land Registry, and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Colin Edward Boyd, of Mossburn, farmer.
