Notice Calling Final Meeting
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Braemar Flats Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given,
in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955,
that a general meeting of the above-named company will
be held at the offices of Pattrick, Feist, Jack, and Middlebrook,
A.M.P. Building, Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on the
23rd day of January 1964, at 10 a.m. for the purpose of
having an account laid before it showing how the winding
up has been conducted and the property of the company
has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof
by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and if thought fit to pass the following
resolution as an extraordinary resolution:
"That the books and papers of the company and of the
liquidator be retained by the liquidator."
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting
is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead
of him. A proxy need not be a member.
Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the
undersigned at the offices of Pattrick, Feist, Jack, and Middle-
brook, A.M.P. Building, Customhouse Quay, Wellington, not
later than 10 a.m. on the 21st day of January 1964.

passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a
meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will
accordingly be held at the Thirty Thousand Club Rooms
(upstairs in the Bowman Building, Market Street, Napier)
on Wednesday, the 18th day of December 1963, at 9.30 a.m.

Consideration of a statement of the position of the

Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up
NOTICE is hereby given that, after delivery to the Registrar
of Companies on the 12th day of December 1963 of a
declaration of solvency made pursuant to the provisions of
section 274, the company passed the following resolution as
a special resolution on the 13th day of December 1963:
"That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that
John Samuel Stacey, of Druids Chambers, Woodward Street,
Wellington, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed
liquidator of the company at such remuneration as may be
fixed by resolution of the company."

NEW ZEALAND CEMENT HOLDINGS LTD.
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of New Zealand Cement Holdings Ltd., a public company duly
incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office
at 90 Crawford Street, in the City of Dunedin, and carrying
on business there and elsewhere as manufacturers of lime and
cement, notice is hereby given that an order of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand, dated the 13th day of December 1963,
confirming the reduction of the share premium account of
the above-named company by the sum of £176,875 and the
minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the
share premium account as altered, the several particulars
required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the
Registrar of Companies on the 16th day of December 1963.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"That the sum standing to the credit of the share premium
account in the books of the company be reduced by the
sum of £176,875 by applying such sum by which such credit
is so reduced in paying to the holders as at the 20th day of
November 1963 of the 707,500 "M" fully paid shares of
the company the sum of 5s. per share."
