Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 25th day of July 1963.

Notice of Intention to Take Leasehold Estates in Land for a University in the City of Auckland

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the leasehold estates under and by virtue of leases Nos. 21175 and 163 respectively in the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto for a university; and notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the taking of the leasehold estates in the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the works or to the taking of the leasehold estates in the land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
