Notice is also given that, pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, the shareholders of this company have this day passed an extraordinary resolution resolving that by reason of its liabilities the company discontinue in business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr A. Anderson, public accountant, of Dunedin, be nominated as liquidator of the company.
