as shown on plan marked M.D. 11572 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington (such part of the foreshore and bed of the sea being exclusive of the area of reclamation as shown on the said plan), for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a ramp, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of December 1963.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be £5 and the annual sum so payable £5.

Licensing the Gisborne Yacht Club (Inc.) to use and occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Tatapouri Beach as a Site for a Boat Ramp
———
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Gisborne Yacht Club (Incorporated) hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Tatapouri Beach, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11683 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

Amending Foreshore Licence Licensing the Titahi Bay Boating Club (Inc.) to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Onepoto in Porirua Harbour as a Site for Boatsheds

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the licence of 16 November 1959,* licensing the Titahi Bay Boating Club (Inc.) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Onepoto in Porirua Harbour as a site for boatsheds, by inserting after the word “boatsheds” the words “and a hauling out area” and after the symbols “M.D. 10321 and M.D. 10640” the symbols “and M.D. 11674”.

Declaring Areas to be Access Lanes for the Purposes of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962
———
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962, the Minister of Marine hereby declares that, for a period of two years from the date hereof, subject to compliance with the conditions set forth in the First Schedule hereto, the areas of water firstly to fifteenthly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall respectively be access lanes and that within such access lanes regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply.

FIRST SCHEDULE
EACH access lane shall be marked as follows:
-
Brightly painted marker buoys each 50 yards apart commencing 50 yards from the edge of the lake at normal lake level shall be suitably moored along each side of the access lane.

At the edge of the lake at normal lake level at each side of the access lane in line with the marker buoys there shall be placed, on orange and black painted posts, notice boards measuring not less than 2 ft. 6 in. by 2 ft, painted orange with black letters.

The aforesaid notice boards shall contain the following notice:
“NOTICE
Motor Launch Regulations 1962
Access lane through which motor launches towing water skiers may pass at speeds greater than 5 miles per hour.
BATHERS KEEP OUT”

SECOND SCHEDULE
FIRSTLY, all that area of water at Whangamata Bay, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 150 yards apart extending in a 246° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the eastern boundary being in line with the western side of the beach access on the eastern side of the boat marina entrance.
Secondly, all that area of water at Jerusalem Bay, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by lines 160 yards apart at the edge of the water, the southern boundary commencing immediately northwards of the small reef in the middle of the bay and extending in a 108° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water and the northern boundary extending in a 070° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water.
Thirdly, all that area of water at what is known as Fitzsimmons Bay, Tapuaeharuru Bay, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 75 yards apart extending in a 148° true direction 300 yards from the edge of the water, the north-eastern boundary commencing directly opposite the north-eastern boundary of the public reserve.
Fourthly, all that area of water at Five Mile Beach, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 200 yards apart extending in a 240° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the northern boundary commencing 300 yards southwards of Shag Rock.
Fifthly, all that area of water at Rotongaio, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yards apart extending in a 310° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the southern boundary being in line with the northern boundary of the motor camp.
Sixthly, all that area of water at Hatepe, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides of parallel lines 100 yards apart extending in a 267° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the northern boundary commencing 600 yards southwards of the point at the southern end of the settlement.
Seventhly, all that area of water at Motutere Bay, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yards apart extending in a 338° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the north-eastern boundary commencing 100 yards south-westwards of the south-western end of Bulli Point.
Eighthly, all that area of water at Mission Bay, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yards apart extending in a 350° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the western boundary commencing 1,200 yards eastwards of Mission Point.
Ninthly, all that area of water at Tauranga-Taupo, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 75 yards apart extending in a 018° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the north-eastern boundary commencing 400 yards south-westwards of the Tauranga-Taupo River mouth.
Tenthly, all that area of water at Motuopapa Bay, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yards apart extending in a 025° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the eastern boundary commencing 400 yards westwards of the launching ramp.
Eleventhly, all that area of water at Stump Bay, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yards apart extending in a 018° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the western boundary commencing 2 nautical miles eastwards of the point at the eastern side of the Tongariro River delta.
Twelfthly, all that area of water at Pukawa Bay, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yards apart extending in a 070° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the south-eastern boundary commencing at a point 50 yards north-eastwards of the rocks at the south end of Pukawa Bay.
Thirteenthly, all that area of water at Wild Fish Bay, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 75 yards apart extending in a 158° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the eastern boundary commencing 600 yards south-westwards of Te Rae Point.
Fourteenthly, all that area of water at Whanganui Bay, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yards apart extending in a 068° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the southern boundary commencing 50 yards from the south end of the beach.
Fifteenthly, all that area of water at Waihaha Bay, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yards apart extending in a 133° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the southern boundary commencing 50 yards from the southern end of the beach.
