THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

published in Gazette, 10 October 1963, No. 60, at page 1560,
and registered as No. 574227, Wellington Land Registry, in
so far as it affects Lot 46, L.T. Plan 23299, and hereby orders
and declares that the service lane described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Lower Hutt, and be under the control and management of
the Lower Hutt City Council.

Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the
Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of
the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Military Decorations and
Distinctive Badges Act 1918, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
O R D E R
-
This order may be cited as the Returned Services Associa-
tions Badge Order 1950, Amendment No. 7, and shall be read
together with and deemed part of the Returned Services
Associations Badge Order 1950* (hereinafter referred to as
the principal order). -
The principal order is hereby amended by inserting in the
Second Schedule, after the words “Hokitika-Westland Re-
turned Services Association (Incorporated)”, the words
“Hunterville Returned Services Association (Incorporated)”.

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the Manukau County Council to reclaim 2 roods 2 perches
of land, more or less, from the sea at Buckland’s Beach,
Auckland, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11572 and
deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

Boundaries of County of Stratford and County of Inglewood
Altered

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.
O R D E R
-
On and from the 1st day of April 1964 the area described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County
of Stratford and included in the County of Inglewood. -
The alteration of the boundaries of the said counties
hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under
the Counties Act 1956.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District containing 1,380
acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a
point in the middle of the Waitara River in line with the
north-eastern boundary of Section 18, Block V, Ngatimaru
Survey District, and proceeding generally north-westerly along
a right line to and along the north-eastern boundary of
that section to the western boundary of Section 19,
Block V, aforesaid; thence generally northerly along
the western boundary of that section to Pita Road; thence
across that road and easterly generally along its
northern side to the westernmost corner of Section 14,
Block 1, Ngatimaru Survey District; thence generally easterly
along the southern boundary of Sections 14 and 13,
Block 1, aforesaid, to the southernmost point of the
last-mentioned section; thence by a right line direct to the
middle of the Waitara River, thence southerly and westerly
generally down the middle of that river to the point of
commencement.

PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.
O R D E R

The Tokomaru Harbour Board is hereby dissolved.
-
The powers and functions of the Tokomaru Harbour
Board are hereby transferred to the Waiapu County Council,
and all the property, debts, liabilities, and engagements of
that Board shall become the property, debts, liabilities, and
engagements of that Council.
