A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of road situated in Block XIII, Tangihua Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 3 16·5 Allotments N.W. 109 and M. 124, Tauraroa Parish; coloured green on plan.
0 3 30·2 Allotments S.E. 109, M. 124, and S.E. 124, Tauraroa Parish; coloured green, edged green, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7919 (S.O. 43835) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of November 1963.

Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the service lane described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Manukau County Council.

Authorising the Construction of Portion of the Napier-Hastings Motorway

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, at the request of the National Roads Board, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the construction of a portion of a motorway commencing at a point on the Napier-Takapau via Fernhill State Highway No. 50, 27½ chains north of the Wharerangi Road junction and proceeding thence through the County of Hawke's Bay and the City of Napier and terminating at the junction of Allens Road and the Waiohiki-Pakowhai Road.
