Secondary School (Caretakers’ Residences) in the City of
Napier

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing
purposes and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for a secondary school (caretakers’ residences)
from and after the 9th day of December 1963.
