Revocation of Appointment of Puhoi Pioneers’ Memorial Park Domain Board and Appointment of New Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Puhoi Pioneers’ Memorial Park Domain Board, as published in Gazette, 17 September 1959, Vol. III, page 1302, and appoints the

Rodney County Council

to be the Puhoi Pioneers’ Memorial Park Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.
