BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT ALL those pieces of land situated in Blocks II and III, Tahoraiti Survey District, Dannevirke County, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows: A. R. P. Being 2 1 23 Part Tahoraiti No. 2 Block, Block II, Tahoraiti Survey District; coloured orange on plan. 0 0 8 Part bed of Tapuata Stream, being erosion from part Tahoraiti No. 2 Block, Block III, Tahoraiti Survey District; coloured sepia on plan. 0 0 2 Part bed of Tapuata Stream, Block III, Tahoraiti Survey District; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8972 (S.O. 3556) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. SECOND SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL those pieces of road situated in Block XIII, Tangihua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and described as follows: A. R. P.
