BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT ALL those pieces of land situated in Blocks II and III, Tahoraiti Survey District, Dannevirke County, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows: A. R. P. Being 2 1 23 Part Tahoraiti No. 2 Block, Block II, Tahoraiti Survey District; coloured orange on plan. 0 0 8 Part bed of Tapuata Stream, being erosion from part Tahoraiti No. 2 Block, Block III, Tahoraiti Survey District; coloured sepia on plan. 0 0 2 Part bed of Tapuata Stream, Block III, Tahoraiti Survey District; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8972 (S.O. 3556) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that piece of land containing 20.7 perches situated in Block XIII, Tangihua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment S.E. 120, Tauraroa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18016 (S.O. 44226) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL those pieces of road situated in Block XIII, Tangihua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and described as follows: A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through 0 0 10.9 Allotment S.E. 120, Tauraroa Parish. 0 2 2 Allotments S.E. 120 and N.W. 136, Tauraroa Parish, and closed road.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18016 (S.O. 44226) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green. Being 0 1 22 Part Paeroa East 3A Block; coloured yellow on plan M.O.W. 18014 (S.O. 42080). 0 0 25 Part bed of Torepatutahi Stream; coloured sepia on plan M.O.W. 18014 (S.O. 42080).
Situated in Block II, Takapau Survey District. A. R. P. Being 0 0 7 Part Paeroa East 3A Block; coloured yellow on plan M.O.W. 18013 (S.O. 40932).
Situated in Block XIV, Paeroa Survey District, and Block II, Takapau Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
SECOND SCHEDULE SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT Road Closed ALL those pieces of road described as follows: A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through 1 3 38 Part Paeroa East 4A Block.
Situated in Block XIV, Paeroa Survey District. A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through 0 0 6 Part Paeroa East 3A Block.
Situated in Block XIV, Paeroa Survey District, and Block II, Takapau Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18013 (S.O. 40932) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
