Crown Land or State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 and State housing land within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955 described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Pursuant to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing lands, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation, subject to the mining interest reserved in transfer 22103; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of December 1963.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 2 roods 4.4 perches situated in Block VIII, Coromandel Survey District, being Lots 5 and 6, Block III, D.P. 1964, being part of Opitonui Block, excepting and reserving thereout all metals and minerals with right to mine same. All certificate of title, Volume 91, folio 81, South Auckland Land Registry.
