And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the said Council situated at the Council Chambers, 199 Karangahape Road, Auckland, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land who have any objections to the proposal and wishing them to be considered must state their objections in writing and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers.

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to regulation 32 (8) of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, that, by decision dated the 18th day of October 1963, the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board consented to the application of the New Plymouth City Council for a departure, under section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, from the above district scheme.
The substance and effect of the consent are to delete from the proposed service lane in the area bounded by Courtenay, Currie, Devon, and Liardet Streets that part thereof coloured blue on the plan attached to the application.
The full description of the land is shown in the said application which, together with the plan mentioned therein, may be inspected, without fee, at any time during office hours at the Town Clerk's office, Liardet Street New Plymouth.

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to regulation 32 (8) of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, that, by decision dated the 18th day of October 1963, the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board consented to the application of Metal Workers Ltd. for a departure, under section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, from the above district scheme for its property in St. Aubyn Street, New Plymouth.
The substance and effect of the consent are to permit the company to reconstruct, alter, or add to the existing buildings on the land shown on plan 3A submitted with the application, notwithstanding that the land is at present zoned residential.

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that amendment number one for the Havelock North District Scheme was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 16th day of July 1963; no objections having been received the amendment is publicly notified.
The Council has resolved that the amendment shall come into operation on the 2nd day of December 1963.
Copies of the amendment of the scheme have been deposited in the Council's office and in the public library and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

Changes to the City of Christchurch Operative District Scheme—Section One (Zoning)
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the City of Christchurch were approved by the Council by resolution on the 20th day of November 1963.
The Council has also resolved that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme shall come into operation on the 21st day of November 1963.
Copies of the scheme changes as approved have been deposited in the council offices, 194 Manchester Street, and in the public library serving the district and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.
