1955, that a general meeting of creditors of the above-named
company will be held at the Jaycee Rooms, Perry Street,
Masterton, on Wednesday, the 11th day of December, at
3.30 p.m., at which will be tabled an account of the liquidator’s
acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up.

To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution
as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
"That the books and papers of the company and of the
liquidator shall remain in the custody of the liquidator."

are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to distribution.
