TARANAKI COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £2,800 authorised to be raised by the Taranaki County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the provision of a water supply scheme for the Lepperton Water Supply Area, the said Taranaki County Council hereby makes a special rate of one shilling and eight decimal one pence (1s. 8·1d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Lepperton water supply area comprising all of the land shown in a special roll of ratepayers, dated 6 June 1962 and prepared pursuant to part II of the Local Authorities Loans Regulations 1957; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 4th day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

PATEA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Patea County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £10,000 authorised to be raised by the Patea County Council under the above-mentioned Act for purpose of advances under the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Patea County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·025 pence in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the said County; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half yearly in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

FEILDING BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Water Supply Redemption Loan 1963, No. 2, £9,000
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Feilding Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £9,000 authorised to be raised by the Feilding Borough Council under the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Water Supply Loan 1952, £35,000, which matures 1 February 1964, the said Feilding Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal one six seven pence, of a penny (0·167d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the Borough of Feilding; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Feilding Borough Council held on 14 November 1963.

LOWER HUTT CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION TO MAKE SPECIAL RATE
Normandale Sewerage Loan (No. 3) 1963, £36,000
That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Lower Hutt City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of thirty-six thousand pounds (£36,000) authorised to be raised by the Lower Hutt City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of installing sewer drainage in the Normandale area, the said Lower Hutt City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of two hundred and sixteen thousandths of a penny (0·216d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property in the City of Lower Hutt; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be incorporated
and added to the consolidated special rate, made pursuant to the provisions of section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and be payable yearly on or about the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 25 years, or until such time as the loan is paid off.”

NELSON HARBOUR BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Nelson Harbour Board hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £36,500 authorised to be raised by the Nelson Harbour Board for the purpose of carrying out certain harbour works in the Nelson Harbour as authorised by the Nelson Harbour Board Empowering Act 1956, the said Nelson Harbour Board hereby makes a special rate of nineteen one hundredths of a penny upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Nelson Harbour Board District; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £30,000 authorised to be raised by the Nelson Harbour Board for the purpose of carrying out certain harbour works in the Nelson Harbour as authorised by the Nelson Harbour Board Empowering Act 1959, the said Nelson Harbour Board hereby makes a special rate of three twentieths of a penny upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Nelson Harbour Board District; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
