Kitching Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 23rd day of December 1963 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

Notice of Meeting

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the Savoy Ltd. (receiver appointed), notice is hereby given that the shareholders of The Savoy Ltd., on Friday, 15 November 1963, passed an extraordinary resolution by entry in the minute book, in terms of section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, that the company be voluntarily wound up and that a meeting of creditors of the company be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, in the R.S.A. Hall, Moray Place, Dunedin, on Monday, the 25th day of November 1963, at 2.30 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company's affairs together with a list of creditors and the estimated amounts of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be liquidator of the company and, in pursuance of section 286 of the Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

Lost Stock Certificate

APPLICATION has been made to the above company to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of original certificate No. 47167, issued in the name of Henry William Alfred Clinch, of 55 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt, and the said Henry William Alfred Clinch has made a statutory declaration that the original certificate of title to the said stock has been lost.

Notice is hereby given that unless, within 30 days from the date hereof, there is made to the company some claim or representation in respect of the said original certificate a new certificate will be issued in place thereof.
