IN LIQUIDATION

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Ship Repairs Ltd., at a meeting of shareholders of Ship Repairs Ltd., held at the registered office of the company at Auckland on 14 November 1963, the following resolution was passed as a special resolution, pursuant to the powers contained in section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955:

"That the directors of the company having signed a declaration of solvency the company be wound up voluntarily."

At the same meeting Harvey Latta, of Auckland, public accountant, was appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.
