Declaring Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block XXVIII, Town of Havelock, and Leasehold Interest in Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block V, Waitahuna East Survey District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, and the leasehold interest in land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road from and after the 25th day of November 1963.

FIRST SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4·4 perches situated in Block XXVIII, Town of Havelock, being part Section 9; coloured sepia, bordered sepia, on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 32·9 perches situated in Block V, Waitahuna East Survey District, being part Section 10; bordered blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5700 (S.O. 12662) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above described.
