And whereas the Minister of Works has agreed to grant
to the said John Richard Bartleet a right of way over part
of the land described in the First Schedule hereto and which
is more particularly described in the Third Schedule hereto
in satisfaction of the compensation as aforesaid:

And whereas the said John Richard Bartleet has agreed
to accept such grant of right of way in satisfaction of the
said compensation:

Now, therefore, the Minister of Works hereby gives notice,
pursuant to section 97 of the Public Works Act 1928, that
he assents to the agreement hereinbefore referred to.
