SECOND SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those portions of the subsoil of the pieces of road described in the First Schedule hereto as are situated beneath a plane 10 ft in vertical height above the centre line of the roof of portions of the Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel.
As the said portions of subsoil are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8880 (S.O. 10160) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
