JOINT FAMILY HOMES ACT 1950
NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned person has, by the application enumerated below, applied, under the Joint Family Homes Act 1950, to register as a joint family home the land situated and described as shown after the name of the said applicant; and that the land will be registered accordingly unless a caveat forbidding the granting of the application is lodged with me under that Act at the District Land Registry Office at Hamilton before the 14th day of February 1964 by some person claiming either to be a creditor of the applicant or to have some estate or interest in the said land.
Application S. 270804: John Raymond Foley, of Cambridge, photographer; 36 perches, more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan S.6650 and being part Allotment 69A, Town of Cambridge West, all certificate of title, Volume 2015, folio 75, South Auckland Registry.

CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957
DECLARATION BY AN ASSISTANT REGISTRAR DISSOLVING A CHARITABLE TRUST BOARD
In the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and in the matter of Bible and Tract Depot (Auckland) Trust Board.
WHEREAS I am satisfied that the above-mentioned Board is no longer carrying on its operations, I, in pursuance of the powers vested in me under section 26 of the above-mentioned Act, hereby declare that the said Board is dissolved as from the date of this declaration.
