Declaring Land Taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.

Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block V, Karioi Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Jan Migos of Rangataua, market gardener, under and by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 19A, folio 110, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 18th day of November 1963.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over that part of the land described in the Schedule hereto and, further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Manukau County Council in such manner at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s Reserves Account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

Revoking a Notice Reserving Land and Vesting in the Southland County Council

THE Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice setting apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for cemetery purposes and vesting the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Southland in trust for that purpose as published in Gazette, 10 January 1963, Vol. I, page 23.
