of the Tauranga-Te Maunga Motorway in Blocks XI, XIII,
XIV, and VI, Tauranga Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day
of September 1959 and published in Gazette, 17 September
1959, Volume III, page 1295, in so far as it affects the land
described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
COMMENCING at a point on the south-western end of land
shown on S.O. 41856, being part Maungatapu Nos. ID and
IW Blocks, Maungatapu Nos. Ij A2, Ij B and Nos. Ik, Iw, Ic,
and Id Blocks, Maungatapu Nos. Ij I and Part Ik Blocks
(C.T. 643/183); Tauranga Harbour, Te Ngiao Block (C.T.
44/2); Tumatanui Nos. Ib and Ia Blocks (C.T. 135/208),
Oruamatua No. 2A Block and part Oruamatua No. 2B Block
(C.T. 135/292), including all adjoining and intervening
places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, rivers, streams, and
watercourses, and terminating at a point of intersection of
Oruamatua and Ohuki part 3 2D Block on the Tauranga
Harbour as shown on S.O. 41204.
As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
159872 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier
Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
SECTIONS 16, 124, and 125, Block VI, Motueka Survey District,
Waimea County: Area, 350 acres 3 roods 29 perches more or

Declaring Land, Otago Land District, as a Wildlife Refuge
in the Southern Lakes Acclimatisation District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier
Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area of land
described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for
the purpose of the Wildlife Act 1953.

IV, Lower Wanaka Survey District: Area, 12 acres and
4·6 perches, more or less. Part certificates of title, Volume

Refuge in the Southland Acclimatisation District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier
Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby revoke the Warrant published in the
Gazette, No. 45, of 13 June 1957, at page 1144, notifying and
declaring an area of land to be a wildlife refuge, and hereby
proclaim and declare the area of land described in the
Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of
the said Wildlife Act.

At the Government House at Wellington this 4th day of

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portion of the road described in the
Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order
in Council, become county road.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road situated in Block XLII, Eyre
Survey District, commencing at its junction with the Mossburn-
Five Rivers Road, thence proceeding in a north-westerly
direction generally through part Lot 2, D.P. 1873, being part
Section 3, Block XLII, Eyre Survey District, for a distance
of 1 mile 3 chains approximately; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8831 (S.O.
7100) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
