PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 16 perches situated in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through part Allotments 52 and 65, Pakuranga Parish, and closed road in Proclamation No. 18038, North Auckland Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8842 (S.O. 42887) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the stopped Government road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of November 1963.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of stopped Government road containing 20·3 perches situated in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part stopped Government road in Proclamation 19953; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145309 (S.O. 36799) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Declaration dated 22 May 1963 and published in Gazette, 6 June 1963, No. 33, page 775, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 19824, taking land for road in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
