Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 15·1 perches
situated in Block X, Opihi Survey District, Canterbury R.D.,
and being part Lot 2, D.P. 11523, being part Rural Sections
24261 and 25081; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 8764 (S.O. 10004) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.
