PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from the sea in Hobson Bay, Auckland Harbour, 3 acres 2 roods of land, more or less, as shown edged in red on plan marked M.D. 11633 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:

That on and from the 1st day of November 1963, the areas described in the Schedules hereto are hereby excluded from the County of Cook and included in the City of Gisborne.

That the alteration of the boundaries of the said County and the said City hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
