PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:

ORDER

1. That on and from the 1st day of November 1963, the areas described in the Schedules hereto are hereby excluded from the County of Cook and included in the City of Gisborne.

2. That the alteration of the boundaries of the said County and the said City hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
