public inspection at the office of the Waikato County Council,
Grey Street, Hamilton East, during 40 days from the date of
the first publication of this notice. All persons objecting to
the proposal must lodge their objections, in writing, at the
office of the Council on or before the 27th day of November
1963.

MOINT ROSKILL BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND STOPPING
OF ROAD

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and
the Public Works Act 1928.
Notice is hereby given that the Mount Roskill Borough
Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-
mentioned Act, to execute certain public work, namely, the
diversion of Halsey Drive in the Borough of Mount Roskill,
and, for the purpose of such public work, the lands described
in the First Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and it
is necessary to stop the portions of road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.
Notice is further hereby given that a plan of the land so re-
quired to be taken and the road to be stopped is deposited in
the public office of the Town Clerk of the said Council, situ-
ated in Mount Albert Road, and is open for inspection,
without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such lands who have any well
grounded objections to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of the said lands or to the stopping of the
said street must state their objections in writing at the office
of the Council aforesaid on or before the 26th day of
November 1963.

FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 29·1 perches, more or less,
and being part Allotments 35 and 36, D.P. 8985; as shown
coloured yellow on the S.O. Plan 44210.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 9·1 perches, more or less,
and being part Allotment 36, D.P. 8985; coloured green on
S.O. Plan 44210.
All that piece of land containing 17·0 perches, more or
less, and being part Lot 13, D.P. 8985; coloured green on
&O. Plan 44210.
All these lands being situated in Halsey Drive at its junc-
tion with the Avenue.

BOROUGH OF MANUREWA

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Public Notification of Manurewa District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution
of the Manurewa Borough Council made on the 8th day of
October 1963, a district scheme has been recommended for
approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
The scheme relates to the Borough of Manurewa. The scheme
has been deposited in the Borough Council Office, Hall Road,
Manurewa, Auckland Regional Planning Authority Office, 26
Princes Street, Auckland, and the District Land Registrar's
Office, Auckland, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that
Act and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all
persons interested therein at any time when the above places
are open to the public.

Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be
in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the
Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960 and shall be
lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than
4 p.m. on Tuesday, 4 February 1964. At a later date every
objection will be open for public inspection, and any person
who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be en-
titled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies
the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public
notice will be given.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday
evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be

subsequent insertions.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.

Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
