Change of the Purpose of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a gravel pit reserve to a reserve for recreation purposes.

Amendment of Foreshore Licence Authorising the Wakatipu Boating Association (Inc.) to Occupy a Jetty and Launching Ramp Site at Lake Wakatipu
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the licence of 3 July 1961 licensing the Wakatipu Boating Association (Inc.) to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake Wakatipu at One Mile Beach as a site for a jetty and launching ramp by inserting after the symbols "M.D. 10653" the symbols "and plan marked M.D. 11411".

Revoking Licence Authorising Walter Charles Duffill to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of Lake Wanaka as a Site for a Pipeline
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine, with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes as from 1 August 1963 the licence of 27 August 1958 authorising Walter Charles Duffill to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Lake Wanaka, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10438 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a pipeline thereon as shown on the said plan.

Licensing the Wakatipu Boating Association (Inc.) to Use and Occupy a Part of the Bed of the Lake at Frankton Arm, Lake Wakatipu, as a Site for a Launching Ramp
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Wakatipu Boating Association (Inc.) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the lake at Frankton Arm, Lake Wakatipu, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11367 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a launching ramp thereon, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of these regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).
3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of October 1963.

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Rex Keith Mawson (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Whangawehi Stream at Mahia, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11574 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a wharf and shed, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Moana Domain Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake Brunner, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11610 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purposes of erecting and maintaining a slipway thereon as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
