Change of Purpose of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve as a site for a Maori school to a reserve for the use and benefit of such of the members of the Ngati-Tupito and Ngati-Rangi Tribes and their descendants as shall be found by the Maori Land Court to be entitled thereto.
