Approval of Testing Officers Under the Motor Drivers
Regulations 1940

PURSUANT to regulation 5 of the Motor Drivers Regulations
1940,* the Minister of Transport hereby approves of the
persons named in column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being
testing officers under the said regulations for the authority
specified in column 1 of the said Schedule.

Roads Excluded from Speed Limitation

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives notice as follows:

1. That the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act
   1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,*
   dated the 28th day of June 1961†, which relates to Kihikihi
   Town District is hereby revoked.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
   excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section
   52 of the Transport Act 1962.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Kihikihi Town District:

No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Ply-
mouth) (from the southern boundary of Kihikihi Town
District to a point 2 chains measured southerly generally
along the said State highway from Sheehan Street).
Whitmore Street (from the eastern boundary of Kihikihi
Town District to a point 7 chains measured south-easterly
generally along the said street from Oliver Street).
