Appointment of Customs Examining Places
Pursuant to section 20 of the Customs Act 1913 and to powers delegated to him by the Minister of Customs under section 11 of that Act, the Comptroller of Customs hereby appoints the premises described in the First Schedule hereto to be places for the examination by the Customs of goods subject to the control of the Customs, and hereby declares that the place described in the Second Schedule hereto shall cease to be a place for the examination by the Customs of goods subject to the control of the Customs.

Cancelling the Appointment of a Member of the Northland Catchment Commission and Appointing New Member
Whereas by notice published in Gazette, 22 November 1962, Vol. III, page 2117, William Hesketh Heald, Esquire, of Tangiteroria, farmer, was appointed to be a member of the Northland Catchment Commission.
And whereas the said William Hesketh Heald has resigned from membership of the said Commission:
Now therefore pursuant to Section 13 of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council hereby cancels the appointment of the said William Hesketh Heald as a member of the said Commission and appoints
Hector Rata Wilson, Esquire, farmer, of Rehutai, R.D.7, Dargaville,
to be a member of the said Commission.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the persons described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise them to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of their employment for the employers described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise them, while they are under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
