In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Wellsford Plasterers Ltd.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 17th day of September 1963, presented to the said Court by Graham Shaw Motors Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Rodney Street, Wellsford; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 25th day of October 1963, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy upon payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court, dated the 4th day of September 1963, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from £116,000 to £56,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above Statute, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 30th day of September 1963.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NORMAN HENRY JONES and WILLIAM O’CONNOR, both of Kaiapoi, builders, trading in partnership under the name of O’Connor and Jones, hereby give notice that the partnership has been dissolved by mutual consent as at the 16th day of September 1963.
All accounts owing by the partnership should be rendered to the partnership at 11 Akaroa Street, Kaiapoi.
N. H. Jones will continue to carry on the business under his own name from 11 Akaroa Street, Kaiapoi.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Maungaraki Development Loan (No. 4) 1963, £65,000
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Lower Hutt City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of sixty-five thousand pounds (£65,000) authorised to be raised by the Lower Hutt City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of developing land for housing at Maungaraki, the said Lower Hutt City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny and eight hundred and eighty thousandths of a penny
