NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at 1 Alexandra Street, Te Awamutu, on Wednesday, the 9th day of October 1963. at 2.30 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution, namely:
"That the books and papers of the company be retained by the liquidator for a period of five years and then destroyed."

LOST STOCK CERTIFICATE

APPLICATION has been made to the above company to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of the original certificate No. 44783 issued in the name of Elaine Oliver, now deceased, the executors in the estate having made a statutory declaration that the original certificate of title to the said stock has been lost.
Notice is hereby given that unless, within 30 days from the date hereof, there is made to the company some claim or representation in respect of the said original certificate a new certificate will be issued in place thereof.

PUTARURU BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Putaruru Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £105,000, authorised to be raised by the Putaruru Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of installing sewerage reticulation, pumping stations, and making alterations and additions to the existing sewage-treatment plant, the said Putaruru Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of two and one quarter pence (2¼d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Putaruru Borough comprising the whole of the Borough of Putaruru; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
The foregoing resolution was duly passed by the Putaruru Borough Council at a special meeting held on the 16th day of September 1963.

MOUNT WELLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authority Loans Act 1956, the Mount Wellington Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £30,000 to be known as the Parking Reserves Loan 1963, authorised to be raised by the Mount Wellington Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing off-street parking reserves in Panmure, the Mount Wellington Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-fifths of a penny in the pound (⅗d. in the £) upon the rateable value of property in the special rating area defined as all rateable property fronting Queens Road, Panmure, between Jellicoe Road traffic island and Kings Road traffic island but excluding valuation assessment numbers 261/65, 261/73, and 261/264; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan for a period of thirty (30) years or until the loan is fully paid off."
