TIMARU CITY COUNCIL
Town and Country Planning Act 1953
Inviting Proposals for Timaru City District Scheme (Gleniti Extension)
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Timaru City Council,
at its meeting held on the 22nd day of July 1963, resolved
to prepare a district scheme as required by the provisions
of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for those parts
added to the City on 1 January 1963 and more particularly
described in the Gazette, 10 January 1963, No. 1, p. 10.
Every person concerned and every local authority in the
district as defined by section 2 of the Act is hereby invited
to submit full information as to the proposals (including
public works) which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the scheme.
Proposals marked "Timaru City District Scheme (Gleniti
Extension)" should be addressed to the Town Clerk and
delivered at the Town Clerk's office on or before the 31st
day of January 1964.

BOROUGH OF TUAKAU
Town and Country Planning Act 1953
Change of Borough of Tuakau District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution
of the Council made on 21 August 1963, the Council has
recommended that the operative district scheme be changed
in respect of the matter listed in the Schedule hereto.
The change of the district scheme as now recommended
by the Council has been deposited in the Council Office, 70
George Street, Tuakau, and is there open for inspection by
all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when
the office is open to the public.
Objection to the proposed change of the district scheme
may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed
in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning
Regulations 1960 or to the like effect marked "Objection to
Scheme Change" and lodged at the office of the Council at
any time not later than 30 October 1963. An appropriate
form for use of objections is available from the Council
Office.
At a later date every objection will be open for public
inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any
objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing
of objections if he notifies the Council in writing within a
period of which public notice will be given.

MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
Town and Country Planning Act 1953
Departure from Operative District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions
of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its
amendments and of the regulations made thereunder, that
the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order
dated the 27th day of August 1963, has consented to a
specified departure from the Matamata County Council's
Operative District Scheme (Tokoroa Section) by permitting
the Council to resite a proposed 5-acre school site on Strath-
more Drive, Tokoroa, in a position approximately 9 chains
east of the position shown on the approved district scheme
to conform with the realignment of Strathmore Drive.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday
evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be
received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the
day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for
the first insertion and 6d. per line for the second and any
subsequent insertions.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing)
subscription Β£2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and
1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
